After the BAT group bought Bentoel Group in Indonesia, a team was formed to evaluate how synergies were to be realized between the new company and the exisiting BAT Indonesia. This will be a reverse merger where the smaller one will be integrated into a 19000person company.

I took up the PMO role for a post company acquisition project, covering:
- supporting evaluation on how synergies between companies are to be realized
- merger preparation
- post merger integration preparation
- project planning and execution
- risk and issue management
- reporting
- facilitation of workshops
