Albert Au's Summary
Albert has been working with Williams Lea since 2007 years from operations to business solution and development. In 2007-2009, he was the Regional Account Operation Manager for Williams Lea's Client Asia operations which managing 130 headcounts across Asia in providing Creative Services, DTP Services, Translation Services, Reprographics and Mailroom Services.
Since 2009, Albert is taking up the Business Solution manager role to provide consultancy and business solution support to the clients. He successfully setup and migrate the two Asia regional mailroom / scanning operations to Williams Lea management; startup the global DTP services for an emergency markets focus bank in Hong Kong, Singapore, Durban and London. He recently setup the Reprographics Services for a major world local bank in their Hong Kong Headquarters.

He started his career in IBM as Industry Solution Specialist in Healthcare Industry, worked in Kodak and Fuji Xerox and founded Healthbasic.com for Healthcare Process Automation. In the Business Process domain, he has also acquired Certified Document Imaging Architect and Executive Certificate in Six Sigma
